Column 1: Site_number - Surveyed site number
Column 2: Site_name - Surveyed site name
Column 3: Year - year when survey was conducted
Column 4: Month - month when survey was conducted
Column 5: Filter_number - filters (biological replicates) on individual sites were numbered 1-10
Column 6: Dvex_copy_number - D.vexillum eDNA copy number per reaction calculated from Ct value and calibration curve
