The data fields in this resource are:
Seq – sequence order the measurements were taken.
Obsv – observation number – a single trial was made up of 3 batches of fish, each batch was exposed to a light colour (i.e. blue, green, no light) 3 times a day for 3 days. Observations 1 – 9 are for batch 1, observations 10 – 18 are for batch 2, observations 19 – 27 for batch 3.
Batch – batch number 1 -3
Colour – light colour (included no light)
Time – the time within the video the distance measurement was taken. The time values indicate either control or treatment (C or T). For example 5C = 5 minutes before the light was turned on, and 5T = 5 minutes after the light was turned on.
X & Y – are the coordinates of the fish at the specific timepoint
Dist – is the distance measurement
